Hi I had My Gastric bypass  surgery on May 18th 2007 in Grinnell,Iowa Dr.Stephen Sundberg did my surgery which I 'm very pleased with. I'm  9th weeks out and I have lost over 57 pounds i started out weighing 273. I have dropped a size in shorts and t -shirts I have really lost the weight off my face, shoulder area and my hands.  I have started to go to  the support meetings that they have once a month at the Grinnell Regional  Medical center Hospital. which is very big help in getting answers to Questions and talking to other people who have had this surgery.My husband is loving this weight loss deal He loves to tell me about how thin  I 'm getting.which makes me feel Good.
