Hi there Deb, I read your post today. I felt the same way when I first came home. food, smells vitamins made me gag or vomit. all this made me weak and dizzy. and I slept alot. I even started getting black circles under my eyes. I tell you it was hard but I made myself eat (sip) something. high proteins is what help heal you and give you energy. Yes I would vomit or gag each time but soon I was keeping more and more down and was also getting stronger. I dranked my foods by putting meat into the juicer. it worked. I focused on only high protein foods. water, and exercise. you can't do to much exercise in the beginning. all I did was light house work. I haven't bought no protein drinks, I get my protein from foods. My blood work is ok and the dr said I'm doing fine with my protein. Force sips of food in yourself PLEASE. and you will see that you will start to feel better then great. Hang in there.... Hugs
