Pre-Op Diet

Okay...so I am HORRIBLE at dieting....and I need some help!!!  Would anybody be willing to share with me EXACTLY what they ate for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner...for their pre-op diet?  Telling me to count carbs and fats is like talking to me in Greek!  I need examples so that I'll know which way to go and so that I'll know that I'm on the right track.  PEEZE. :)
