Very Helpful

 Thank goodness I came across this website, Its really been helpful. I stayed up until 5am just reading everyone's posts.
I.m doing well so far its been 3 week & 5 days since surgery, Im getting all my protein in, & starting on food. I can eat on average a healthy choice dinner  will take me all day to finish. I could use some helpful tips on food. The dinners are convenient  but I would like different ideas.
