My weight loss have been slow but I am happy the way it is.

I started 2009 at 161 Lbs. I am losing 3-4 lbs/month. I haven't been watching what I've been eating lately so I need to get back on track!

Dec 15th I had a full hysterectomy (uterus and ovary removal).  I am still recuperating but I am feeling OK. My tummy looks like a quilt, but who cares...I am losing weight and not having the pain I had before (GYN problems).

I had surgery August 28th, 2008.  Everyhting went fine except for abdominal pain due to J.P Drain. I was walking day after, no problems!

The pain was gone once thry removed 5 days after.

2 weeks ago I had an appt with Dr. Cribbins.  Eerything looks great.  I lost 19 pounds and finally, i am able to hold my baby and excercise more.  I started working out with a personal trainer.

OK, I made a decision!

I scheduled my VSG August 28th, 1PM., with Dr Cribbins! I am excited and  afraid at the same  time.....

Would love to hear from anyone  that wants to share your own experience!

I will keep you updated!
