I am a 36 year old wife and mother of two. I have been overweight most of my life. I really did not feel too bad because others made me feel like I was not "that big". I have high blood pressure since my early adult years, I even had trouble delivering my youngest son due to hbp complications. I was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year. My father, his mother, sisters and brothers have all died at the age of 41 due to the complications of diabetes. My mother's mom is also blind and bed ridden due to a stroke because of her blood pressure and diabetes. I cannot and will not continue that legacy. 2012 is MY YEAR
