"My first impression of him was how young he is! I only met him once at an informational meeting on 9/19/02. He was very thorough in his explanation of the surgery, and the risks and benefits. He talks a little fast and quiet. I met Betsy, his nurse, and she was VERY nice, informative, and friendly. They seem to have a great aftercare program which is very important to me. I think he's great, and would tell anyone else about him."
