WOW!!!

I just am sitting here and can't believe I am down to 117.5 lbs!!  My 9th month date was yesterday!!  I feel amazing!!
To think I weighed 219lbs not too long ago just blows my mind! 
I am off 5 of my meds (which were for BP, cholesterol, and reflux).

To those of you who are contemplating surgery, have recently had surgery or are soon having it.........it is the best give you can give yourself!!
