In the last 25 years I have focused to raising my children and I always stated that when I was 44 I will start living life for myself and stop living for everyone else. The first step to my success was to take care of my own health at 43 I took the first major step and had ryn-surery for my health and hopefully when I next birthday comes up I will have much success with my weight and will be around for many more years with all of my grandchildren. Success and being successful at weight loss will be my first real step to for doing something specifically for myself.
