I just wanted to report I have finally made my 100 lbs. Everything is going well.

Anxious for my 2 year doctor visit to get all my labs and see if any changes, but I am feeling great so I expect all do be great.

Just thought an update was in order. 

I am still doing great. I can eat anything. I am losing slower them some but I feel for me it is perfect.

I am down 91 lbs since prior to surgery. I weighed 238lbs. My Christmas from December is at 85 lbs down.

Everyone can really notice I have lost, and I get lots of comments. I am having more and more energy and have been working lots.

I just always have to remember to eat slow. I wish everyone could be as fortuanate as I have been.

My surgery went well. hardly any pain. Doctor said it went "Perfect". I got to go home in 2 days as planned.  I was on liquid diet of  water, boulion, popsicles, jello and juices for 10 days.  All went well no problems

I went to see my dr on 4/20 Friday, I am down 7 lbs and per them right on track. No problems with clear liquids so now on to the semi solids.  

My first meal was oatmeal and a little scrambled egg and Dennys.  Nice to be eating some real food. I love cottage cheese and mashed potatoes they are my new favorite meal.  Also  yogurt goes down very well.

So far so good I will be off work till 5/29 and will contine to try foods and not be so tired.  Tiredness is my only complaint, but it is not too bad

Today was my pre-op physical this really made it a realilty for me. All went well. One more day of work before I am on leave. Start my 2 day prep on Monday surgery is Wednesday.

I feel like so much to do so little time. Joined Obesity help today. Hope to get some support to help me thru my journey.
