 So, my husband has been gone for work since May.  I have seen him a couple times since he left, but the last time I saw him was almost a month before my surgery.  I'm now down to 2 1/2 weeks till I get to see the love of my life again!  I sent him a pic (just a face shot) the other night as I was getting redy to go dancing, and told him I'm starting to feel my sexy again...he told me he has ALWAYS thought I was sexy...awwww...I love him SO much!  And definitely can't wait to cuddle with him in a few weeks!

 I'm at 5 days and a wake up for surgery!  I have my appointment with my surgeon tomorrow afternoon :) I have never looked so forward to so much restriction in my life!  Not sure if anyone is reading these things or not, guess it just feels good to 'voice' it, so to speak.

 I am on day 8 of my 14 day pre-op diet.  It has actually been much easier than I thought it would be.  Only protein shakes, veggies and water, water, water!  I make a shake that tastes much like a thick mocha latte...it definitely helpes to actually like what I have to drink.  My surgery is scheduled for Sept 24, 2012, and I am super excited.  I pray every day that the surgery and recovery go perfectly.  I'm a pretty tough cookie.  I've been pretty emotionally challenged the last couple of years, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and I am a a full sprint for it!  Of course, my sprint will be much faster after I get some of this weight off ;)
