2:13 am and I can not sleep - again !

wish i could get some zzzz's !!?!?! I have tried everything I can think of...

I don't understand why?? I mean when I was newly post op , I had no issues falling asleep. Now, I am fighting my way to the bed every night !!!

Ok , I am gonna have to talk to my PCP about getting back on Ambien. Oh lord, I was real happy about not being on them anymore. But I know that not sleeping is worse. Oh well !?! I will keep you all posted.
