I had a DS in August of 2015. I went from 280-145 in about 18 months. My weight stayed stable until i had a double knee replacement in Feb of 2022. My weight has slowly gone down since then and today i weighed 124. I am 5 ' 4". Im ok being this thin (although would rather be 10-15 lbs heavier) but scared that i cant seem to stop loosing. The baratric doctor who follows me at Kaiser has been reluctant to give me pancreatic enzymes because my labs have been really good. Anyone have any thoughts?  Im going to add that im active and have good muscle tone. 

I has a DS in 2015. I lost 140 lbs over about a year and a half, and my weight was stable (between 137-145) until two years ago. Since January of 2022, my weight has slowly declined and today i weighed 124, I am 5 ft 4 in. I walk 8000 steps a day and do pilates twice a week and a weight lifting class twice a week so my muscle tone is better than its ever been. Im ok with this weight (although would prefer to be 10-15 lbs heavier), but cant stop loosing. The bariatric doctor who follows me is reluctant to try pancreatic enzymes because my labs have been very good and the enzymes will mess with that. My primary care doctor refers me to bariatric doctor because it is out of her area of expertise. I have Kaiser in Northern California. Anyone have any suggestions? I am terrified that they will need to undo the surgery. 

I had a DS a little more than 8 years ago. I went from 280-145 over 1 1/2 years. My weight was fairly stable until i had double knee replacements about two years ago. Then i lost about 10 pounds and couldnt get them back. I stabilized at about 135 but over the past year i have slowly lost another 10 lbs and weighted 124 this am. I am pretty freaked out. The bariatric doctor at Kaiser who follows me has been reluctant to give me enzymes because in spite of my weight loss my labs are good and my primary care dictor doesnt want to get involved because im being followed by the bariatric doctor. . Anyone have any thoughts, i feel very alone in this.
