Stressing Out
May 30, 2010
Well I am 12 day out of surgery and now am finding that I cannot seem to get a schedule going for my "food" intake.
Getting the Protein down has really become a problem. I was using a blender and have reached the same conclusions as others that it makes too much AIR.
BUT as far a putting your scoop of Protein Powder in your food. That I don't understand. The protein powder scoop is huge and my 1/3 cup of applesauce is so small. Could someone explain that to me please.
Also does anyone else out there have a problem with what to eat and when to eat. Could someone email me a complete menu for the day. I am only drinking a half cup of coffee with cream as I am nervous about everything. I sure could use some help.
Thanks so much

Surgery coming soon!
May 13, 2010
Hi
I am having my surgery on Wednesday, May 19th and am getting a bit nervous. I have been reading some of the comments and worried about not tolerating the protein drinks. But I guess I can get to that after my surgery. First things first. If anyone has any other helpful hints about being prepared for surgery please let me know. For instance, how do you have a shower with the draining tubes in???
