I have always had a goal to be ""healthy" that always seemed unattainable but I am now in the "healthy" range on the BMI charts and I couldn't be happier!  surgery has ben the best thing in the world for me and I know I wouldn't be anywhere close to healthy if not for taking this step and taking control of my life!
