OKAY, SO I REALLY REALLY HAVE FELL OFF THE WAGON, I MEAN CHIPS, COOKIES, FRIED CHICKEN AND DIP. SO I DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH ME, BUT I DECIDED TO GET MY SH*T TOGETHER, BEFORE I END UP IN THE SAME BOAT. I DID NOT GO THROUGH ALL THESE CHANGES JUST TO FALL BACK INTO THE SAME BAD EATING HABITS, I BELIEVE FOOD ADDICTION IS REALLY NO DIFFERENT FROM ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, IS SO COMPULSIVE, BUT I MADE A PROMISE TO MYSELF TO TAKE IT ONE DAY A TIME, START WORKING OUT AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES A WEEK INCREASE MY H20 INTAKE, AND DECREASE MY PROCESSED FOOD AND SALT INTAKE. I REALLY REALLY WOULD LIKE TO BE DOWN 20-25 LBS BY MY BIRTHDAY WHICH IS IN JANUARY, SO SICK OF SHOPPING IN THE PLUS SIZES, WANT TO BE SIZE 9-11, OKAY THATS MY RANT FOR TODAYSW:306
