I haven't been heavy all of my life, in fact in high school, I was an athlete. When I got married at age 23 I was a size 16, but still felt like I was attractive and healthy. That's where my addiction with dieting and food began. I tried everything that everyone else on here has tried only to fail again and again. At age 25 & 28, I was pregnant with a beautiful baby boy each time.
