Back in worse shape but it will get better

I went to my PCP at the end of August once again looking to lose weight. I went to ask for the new diet pill, he said no. My Dr. said that there were side effects and I could not stay on it for the rest of my life so I would gain again. He said I needed a permanent solution, I needed to go have the surgery. I reminded him why I canceled and he said he knew and understood, but I needed to do it now. I was not happy, even thinking he made sense, I was not happy.

When I had canceled  my surgery in 2009 the Nurse in charge had told me if/when I changed my mind back I could re-enter without going through the program again. It was a post on here that led me to her as she had moved up. Took awhile to get some calls back and talk to her but then they scheduled me for a NUT class and to Meet with the new Nurse with a food journal, and I was moving again. 

Lost almost 30 lbs before surgery on 12-4-12, another 9 lbs in the week after surgery. I am glad that I did it.
