Some people take his assertiveness and direct attitude in a negative way, but he wants to make sure you listen and learn, and understand everything about the total process of the surgery from beginning to end. He doesn't beat around the bush, he tells you straight forward and gets his point across as clearly has possible and that's what I like about him. He definitely has the experience and complete knowledge of his job and how to perform it to his best ability. My incision is almost invisible and I am only 5 weeks out.
