Finished my "Options" classes last Thursday, February 3rd, 2011! Called for a Physical Appt, because I thought I had had a physical within the past 6 mos., but no. 
Then made an appt. with the Preventative Medicine Dr. on Feb 25th @ 9am, in Riverside, CA.
After that appt., then I will see a psych, then back to the surgeon and hopefully get a surgery date!
I've still been plugging along on my "choices of foods". There are times that I eat because Jack cooks, but I'm doing pretty good while I'm at work. Lots of salads, cottage cheese, fruit and veggies!
