"Dr Jawad was very quiet but very knowledgeable regarding the LapBand and the Gastric Bypass. His office staff are very nice and know exactly what has to be done to get you approved. I do have to say that I continually had to call for progress reports but that is probably due to me being so anxious. After care is extremely important. Dr Jawad stresses that follow up care is crucial to maintaining a healthy pouch (as in my case). He has all his patients attend a \"class\" prior to being discharged. It helped me to better understand what he had done and what to expect. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Jawad as a bariatric surgeon."
