Coffee Protein Shake

Even though I'm pre-op, I still drink protein shakes every day. As a former high school athlete I know the importance of protein, especially in the morning. As a person with Adult ADHD I also know the importance of Coffee, since without it I would never be able to focus. So i know that there are already recipes for this, but i put together a coffee protein shake this morning and I'm going to share it :)1. Brewed 8oz of coffee (I have a kurig so it makes single servings)
2. 1 Scoop of GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Powder (chocolate) in my blender bottle with metal ball
3. Add coffee to blender bottle
4. Add Lactaid Free Skim Plus (11 grams of Protein in 1 cup)
5. Add crushed ice so that it gets cold
6. SHAKE!
No splenda or any sweetener needed, it tastes like an iced mocha from starbucks
