Endoscopy

Yesturday my surgeon performed an Endoscopy so that he could take a look at my hiatal hernia.  I was very pleased to have been able to experience the preop staff that will be helping me when I have my weightloss surgery.  I hope that the same staff is on duty that day because everyone was so welcoming and inviting, they all worked well together and seemed to enjoy working with each other.  they were almost comical.  Dr. K met with me before my procedure, and I was well taken care of by the hospital staff.  He spoke with my daughter after my procedure and was very informative.  At this point I am waiting for my phone call with my surgery date.  I am nervous, anxious excited and unsure all at the same time, not unsure about any of the staff and choices I made so far, just nervous I guess about the surgery all together which I hear is normal.
