Prayers going up for Heather~ She is having the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy tomorrow morning like I did in August. Its never easy to make a decision that takes the steps like this both {serious and could be dangerous} to make that Life changing step to a healthier happier lifestyle. Any surgery is a risk but I know that the Lord will be watching over you dear! ♥ You! See you tomorrow!

I have lost 102 pds since February 2010! :)

I attended a friends 40th birthday party and when i came in, all the attention turned to me. I was very overwhelmed! Everyone was commenting on how much I have lost and how great I looked! I almost started to cry~ but was able to keep my composure. Whew~ It was so weird because I have not noticed many changes yet. {I am not one to except compliments very well either) But eveyone there said they could see alot of change in me already just 21/2 wks out. Man if its this good imagine me in 6 months or more. SO needles to say I felt a huge WOW! & it felt pretty darn good! :)

Suregery date I weighed 334 and I am down to 315 now! I feel good and keep watching the scale go down instead of up :)

I am doing great & feeling great! I think I have more energy already too! I don't see alot of changes but everyone around me says they do. I will be so glad to get off the full Liquid diet on Thursday and get something a little tastier. Jason says he is so proud of me and wishes he had my strength and will power. It sure hasn't been easy watching others eat what I can't but since surgery it is alright because I don't have the hunger I had before. Am looking forward to staying on the Loosers Bench and it being for all the right reasons! Thanks for reading & God Bless!

I am Very excited and cannot hardly wait! I know I won't sleep much tonight but hey~ I'll sleep during the proceedure won't I? It's hard to believe it's really here! But I am so glad! I fyou pray I will galdly take any and all! God Bless and I will post s soon as I can! :) Love Dawn

I am very anxious for it to hurry up and get here! I just wish time would fly now. I am tolereating shakes fine, Just anxious!!!!

Plus I start my liquid diet today! So two weeks till the big day :) I am excited and impatient as well. Hopeing to keep my nerves under check and my Courage up! :)

Hello Everyone I haven't been on much lately ~ I'm back and forth the last few days ~ I'm just letting myself get overly concerned I guess! I haven't fell off the the wagon I am still doing everything as scheduled It's such a major step, and not an easy one. I have debated this for over 6 years~ don't get me wrong I'm all for getting healthy!!! It's just the waiting for the surgery to happen that gives me too much time to think about any and all the bad things that could happen. I am just having a down time and need some pick me up! So I came back on and and have been reading all the positive things posted. As well as looking at all the wonderful transfermations in the photos. Thanks for Listening!

Last night we attended the Support group at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo MI. They are a great bunch there and very encourageing! Lots of helpful advise and care! 3rd thursday of every month i highly recommend!
