So I have been approved by OHIP for consultation with Dr. L. I called his office and was not able to get an appointment before he left on vacation, so my appointment with him is set for Aug. 20th at 10:45am.  I am so looking forward to it.  This is getting SO real--WOW!!

Can you believe that for the first time in like two weeks I have finally put down the OHIP file....for weeks I carried around my letter, my filled out form, weight history chart etc.....even at work in my spare time I reread everything, making sure everything was filled out.  Finally I saw my dr. on June 25th and he signed it and off it went on Wednesday June27th--yup, two days later because I just carried it around for an extra two days rereading it again and again...my hubby was like..."put it down already!"  Well, it's finally put away and the waiting begins!!!!  The beginning of the rest of my life!! :)

Thanx to those who have patiently answered ALL my questions as I decided on which surgery was best for me.  Thanks again!!
