Feels like the first time.

I feel like I'm starting all over again.  I had an RNY in 2002.  I was very successful, just 20 pounds from my goal weight.  Now I have regained all but 40 pounds of my weight.  I'm really sad and disappointed and now feel like I am destined to have this extra weight forever.  I cannot afford a revision so now unless I can find a way to pay for it, I have to do what I have done my entire adult life, go on a diet.
