I had rny done on Oct. 15/13. I was 263 before Opti and 249 on my surgery date.
I had no issues until minced food at 4 weeks out, I vomited A LOT! I was afraid to go to regular food, but I haven't had a problem 7 weeks out!
Now a year out, I see such a change in my entire lifestyle. I love life, I am more active, confident and have a great sense of self. I thought I did before, but it's been a wonderful journey. I've learned a lot, met wonderful people and enjoying every single day.
