oct 29th is sleeve day kind of nervous....and kind of excited in one...the only thing that upsets me is that i will miss my kids trick or treating this year

a lil bit nervous about tomorrow!!! i am having water weight gain due to that lovely time of month and it is freaking me out almost making me feel sick to my stomach. by this time last week i had lost another 5 lbs since last appointment now scales r saying a 1lb gain :( i have not cheated its just TOM dont know what to do

i have a follow up appt. with the psychologist then my very last appt with the surgeon. He has already told me that i will hate him the first 2 weeks after surgery. then things should start to get better after that. what r the best protein shakes out there? what should i expect in those two weeks after surgery? i just need a little more info from someone who has went through the vertical sleeve surgery
