. For those of us who have had our surgeries, keep up the good work keeping the weight off.
You can all do it! I know you can. I have complete confidence in all of you.
Well, I'm off to get ready for Thanksgiving. I hope everyone has a wonderful, blessed Thanksgiving with the families.
