I figured it had been long enough since I had updated my blog so it was about time but now I have no idea where to even to start.....

Things are going great here at home.  Ronnie and I got married the 16th of April.  It was a very quiet quick thing.  It was perfect.  We did it on a Wed night at our church, my new father in  law married us and it was our regular church members, my mom her best friend and one of Paige's teachers.  It was casual not all fluffy and the kids did great!  I have some pictures posted if you want to look.  So now I am Tami E, I told Ronnie I moved up in the alphabet and got a last name no one can pronounce right, lol, but I love it and would not change it for the world.  
   I  had hit my goal weight of 130, actually I got to 128.5 then Ronnie made me call my doctor because I lost too much, lol.  I never thought that would ever happen.  It did though. My mom, my dad and Ronnie were worried about me.  My eyes started to look a bit sunken in it is not a pretty thing to look at, I will admit that, but I am so scared to put weight back on.  So  Ronnie and I went to my doctor.  Dr May likes when Ronnie goes with me, because he will tell everything one me.  Ronnie told Dr May I was weighing 5 to 6 or even sometimes 10 times a day and I was not eating because I didn't want to gain any weight back on, so Dr May asked me why don't you want to put any on? Ronnie looked at him and said she says she feels like a FAT ASS if she does.... That did get a smile from the doctor, lol.  He told me if I have another flair up from my ulcer my weight could definitely drop too low and that is his concern.  So Dr May said I have to try and eat at least 2 times a day, weigh no more than once a day, he upped my ulcer medicine a bit to keep that from getting upset, and I have to keep my weight at 131 and if it gets to 125 Ronnie gets to call the Dr.  I don't have much of a choice with Ronnie watching me, he will have me at the Dr office qiucker than I can say no, he is very good at taking care of me.  He worries about me guess he figures he waited 13 years for me he might as well take care of me, lol.

  Well I guess I better stop now. I have written a book and I am sure you stopped reading long ago, lol.

Last week was my 3 1/2 month check up.  I weighed 159.  WOOHOO!!!  I am so excited!  I only have 29 pounds to go.  I have learned this is the haredest time now, lol.  The weight is coming off slower, but it is still coming off and I have lost 70lbs so far.  I have started working out at curves, which I love doing, once I get there, lol.  I have gotten down to a size 14 or a 34 in jeans, I can't remember the last time I could wear these sizes.  
  I remember looking at the before and after pictures on here before my surgery and thinking I can't imagine looking as good as these people do, but now I look at my self and I do look like them and it is a great feeling.  
  Well, it is getting late and I need to hop in bed so I will go for now, but I will be back soon.

I am so glad to finally be able to be posting here.  I had my bypass last Monday @ 7:30 am and my doctor said it had gone very well the only thing was that the bottom of my Small Intestine was  smaller normal but he felt it would be ok.  I woke up and thigs were going great.  I had a clear liquid try at dinner time and got up and walked and got up Tues morning, took my shower even shaved my legs, lol.  Things were going great!  He wanted me in X ray for a barrien study to make sure everything was moving the way it was supposed to.  Everything goes down great and then about and hour and a half later my wourld chashed down, lol.  I was haveing to keep having xrays done because nothing was emptying like it should have been.  I was laying on the xray table waiting for the next shots and all of a sudden everything started running out of my mouth.  Only waqy for it to empty was to back up.  I don't remember much after that.  I do remember him comeing in looking terrible, he was so worried about me.  He gave us the news that I was headed back to surgery.  From that point I only remember throwing up, then being in the surgery holding and saying very random things.  I was not even near to being my self until Wed evening when my husband to be gave my a peptalk.  I had pneumonia and I was not feeling like walking at all.  He kicked me in my bootie and got me  walking and I finally started feeling more like my self.  We walked and walked and walked.  We made up our own track not just up and down the one hall.  I finally got to come home on Sunday and I feel better and better everyday that passes.  Today I have felt great and I think my face already looks smaller.  I have gotten compliments from family.  I was so sick and I am very lucky to have been  able to even come home at all.  I am so happy to finally be on the losing side.  It was touch and go for a bit but I made it and plan to make the best of the new "Tami".  So if you are wondering if I would do it again after basically 2 surgeries, being so sick and in the hospital for almost a week, my answer would be a firm yes!
