HI EVERY ONE! well i have decided today november 27, 2006 4 days after my birthday i am commited. no turning back no more excuses no more swollem me.
i have struggled w/my weight for ever acting like ms. personality to hide my insecurities. i will ski again and i will walk the whole mall. it started when i got born chubby then husky and big boned later, some time after that i was full figured/veluptious and now my daughter says that she is not fat, she is swollen so i stold her catch fraze. i'm r4egular i have feelings want's dreams and goals. today my goal is to fallow thru. see ya again soon.

I just started my jerney and i am finding certain things hard dr says quit smoking now and for the most part i have 3/4 of a cig today :( started this jurney at 390lbs. on a grate note i have lost 4lbs. on this pre-operation starvation diet. Hence problem #2 it is supposed to be a liquid diet and i had a salad for dinner :( goodness s many ppl out there in OH land make it sound so easy and i strugle every step of the way.. sooo close but does it matter? i'm blowing it (self talk sory "beating up on my self") concentrsating on the positives, doing the liquid diet w/no problems during the day, blowing up 40+ ballons just as dr. orderd quit smoking all but 1 cigatette....
