Im going to get this right eventually!!

O.K. so I am back in the bariatric program.  I was in last year...or a year ago which might have technically been in 2011...but I was having a lot of difficulty with my nutritionist not understanding the effort I was making.  I was down 30 lbs and I was very excited about that.  Under her guidance I did nothing but stress eat and GAIN.  Each time she became MORE frustrated with me and at the last visit I actually started having a panic attack and could not stop crying.  I didn't go back.

Good news..she is no longer there! YAY!! So, I had my first weigh-in last week and I was 20 pounds lighter than my last weight they had..PLUS...I was 3lbs lighter than the lightest weight they EVER had for me too.. so all good news. 

Now, I am trying to lose 76 pounds before surgery in an effort to see if my doctors, and insurance company will consider the sleeve.  I am so afraid of any surgery but the VSG sounds like a good fit, and Im hoping the insurance company will realize that its not "experimental!"

Hope all my friends are doing well..although Im sure most of the people I had been talking to have lives and have moved off of the computer now that they can be so active! I know I would!

Here is to a great 2013 for all of us trying to lose and improve!!!
