Hi James Not long til your surgery date, how are you feeling? I hope you are going to take some time off to recover, you deserve to heal gently and ho thru this process with the least amount of pressure possible. As someone recently VSG I underestimated the seriousness of the op (including the anasthetic) and the time I would need to heal and get used to the new lifestyle. It's an exciting and challenging adventure ahead and I wish you all the best :)
