So it begins....
Today is the first day of the pre-pre-op diet. I am totally into this. I am using the EAS brand of protein powder. I thought that it would taste like the rest but to my surprise it was actually good. I will keep tweaking the recipes but so far I am not fearing this diet.
I am looking forward to down-slope of this journey, I know that these are the tools and steps needed so that I can finally return to the healthy state that I once was.
I have one last weigh-in at the PCP before submitting to the ins co. I am so excited to finally have made it this far. I only hope that I am not denied again.
