"My first impression of Dr. Warnock is that he is a caring and devoted doctor. He really wants to help give his patients a start at a new life. I had my consultation with him on Saturday (4/21/07) and within 72 hours later, I had an approval from my insurance (Tricare) and a surgery date on 5/9/07.
