So I weighed myself today and I am down 19 pounds. so excited!!! So sience my 2 week post op diet till today my stomach is down 5 inches.

boy do I love this sleeve. Still learning how to count cal but I'll get it lol

I can only eat 1.5 oz is this ok? I have only lost 17 pounds so I think I'm doing good. I just hate the weighing food and timing bites. Otherwise I love my sleeve. How many times a day should I eat and how many shakes a day?

surgery day 234 now down 10 pounds 224. Need to call doctor maybe someone can give me answers. I want to no can we drink creamer in our coffee??? My doctor said I can have coffee but forgot to ask this. Also if were thirsty how often can we drink water?? Doctor said 8 oz. in 30 minutes how much time inbetween before another 8oz?

well my insurance approved me. Im getting mu surgery june 10. I have been approved for the sleeve. I have read so many secsess so is it true you really don't feel hungry? please post and ley me no.
