i need help

im looking into having weight loss surgery, i weight 487 lbs. Some of friends say should look into get lap band because they read or saw someone on tv my size had success with band i was think about band but i don't think it would work for me because the weight im at. One of my coworkers say do research on duodenal switch because i have more then 100 lbs. I know I have a lot research to do.
