My name is Jessenia Garcia and I am from Phoenix, Arizona.  I am 26 years young and I had Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass surgery on September 25, 2006.  Pre-surgery I weighed 287 pounds, and was a size 28 in clothes, the heaviest I have ever been in my entire life.  It has been eleven months since my surgery and I have lost a total 137 pounds thus far, and am down to a size 10 in jeans.  I have 2 babies and am enjoying life to the fullest as we speak.  I look forward to everyday, and I am thankul for everything that I have.  I am new to this site and am getting used to it little by little.  I look forward to hearing from all of you and hope to begin a network group to share our stories, successes, tips, etc.
