Good morning from a cool fall morning in Ohio. I hope all of your journeys are blessed wherever they are. Wow my strength slowly is returning as that was proved when I attended the OSU game last Sat. I really did too much a week ago so I have been a little kinder on myself this week so I will have strength for the game tomorrow which I will be attending. My workout routine is getting back in swing and it feels good to stretch those muscles that were in a fetal position so much this summer. I am still staying between 139 and 142 and that is ok. I bought my first "Little Black Dress" for the holidays and was estatic. It is a size 6/8!! I hope to get my new photos on here soon as there is a big difference since my plastic surgery. I cannot believe it will soon be 21 months since my journey began. I hope all of you are as blessed as me. Hugs Janice 353/139

Janice, Wow! 20 months and you have done awesome!!! Woo Hoo! Now you have had your plastic surgery and healed up, you have it all. I am super proud to say you are a wonderful Angel, and I really look up to you as a wonderful role model in weightloss surgery. I wish you nothing but the best always. Hugs! Hope to see you soon!!!

Good morning from a lovely Fall day in Ohio. My prayers to you wherever your journey is and for all of us for the scars 9/11 left on our country. Two years ago today I was getting my first blood work for my surgery when the terror struck. Today is my 20 month anniversary and I weighed in at 141 pounds this morning. That is a total of 212 pounds from my top weight of 353 and 176 from the day of surgery. I fluctuate between 139 and 142 and that is ok although I think I looked better at 150 to 155. I was officially released from my plastic surgeon on Tuesday and I am so thankful to have lived through the flesh eating bacteria trauma. Again I tell you the bariatric surgery and the exercise has built my body up so much and I credit it after God for saving me. Eating right, cardio and strength training has been a blessing. I am released to start back at the hospital fitness center next Monday and I am excited to rebuild me. I am getting more strength back everyday and that is exciting. I love my tummy tuck and my arms not flapping and although my breasts could use a real lift I think I am done. Being 53 years old I need a little movement LOL! Thanks to all of you who read my posts and I hope I make a difference to someone out there. I look in the mirror and I still cannot believe it is me. I got some new pics and will send them this week when my brother emails them to me. Hugs and blessings Janice
