"I have meet with Dr. Butsch. He and his office staff are Extremely nice and helpful. I have all my labs and x rays done at this point. I have completed the physc eval, and nutrition appts. My last meeting I was on March 3, 2004. He asked me some general question about my surgery and asked if I was exercising and practicing with suggested diet (Post) 6 meals a day. I advs him that I was. He infromed me that his office will contact me once IDPA has approve the surgery the time fram is est to be a month. We shall see? All will happen if it is God's will. "
