Today I went for my 6 month check-up and my doctor was so amazed at how much weight I hadlost. He said it was just 6 months and and I was doing excellent, he expected 60 percent weight loss
and I did 80 percent. Dr Trang said its not just about the weight loss it about being healthy. My doctor did
his part now its time for me to take what I've learned and run with it. I'm so happy and feel good.
Dr Trang is a good doctor I won't see him for 6 months, I am going to make him so proud of me, he said
that he know that I will keep my weight off. Its hard and a struggle everyday just trying to eat the right food.
