"My first impressions of Dr. Woods was that he was a very caring man. He is sensitive to a persons needs and feelings. Takes the time to really talk with you.rnI felt very comfortable with Dr. Woods he explained everything in detail and told us about all the risks. I feel I have picked a fine surgeon and I am comfortable.rnAs far as the office staff goes, I think they need to be more thorough and on top of things. It took three phone calls and a fax to Dr. Woods personally regarding the bill's I was recieving from my blood work before it was streightened out. And they lost my EKG results twice! Also, I don't think they have enought contact with a patient to let them know what's going on. I have been waiting since Feb. 2006 for a surgery date because of Medicare and Im the one calling them all the time."
