I descided to have Weight loss surgery a year before I actually did it. My insurance would not pay for it.I went on the Weight watchers plan thinking I can do it on my own.(like the other times worked so well for me) I really struggled I did not want people and myself to think I took the easy way out. Man was I wrong I descided to have my surgery finally on 9/5/2007. Best decision I have ever made. I am down 75 lbs already and just so happy. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. (I had the Gastric Sleeve) I am still struggling with Protein and realizing that my body is not as large as it once was.
Man I love this, It was not easy but now I am at a place in my life where it really was the best decision I could have ever made.
