Well my weight loss has slowed down significantly, but still a tad over a per week.  Cant complain.  72 lbs so far and still going at it.  That is 42 lbs more than what the band did for me, and with the ability to eat healthy lean meats and veggies! I feel better than I thought I ever would.  I hope to be posting pics soon.

It is just a pulled muscle after all.  I'm so relieved.  Now just heal.

Today is my first day back to work.  I'm exhausted!  I've read in other posts, how tired people are the first few weeks.  No joke!  I can't believe how tired I am.

I can't believe it went by so fast.  Tomorrow I can start soft foods.  I'm having the most trouble getting all of my protein in.  I am stuffed after about 1/4 cup of full liquids.........   Eating is really tough.  My hunger is a normal sensation, it is just not strong and satisfied very easily.  

When I woke from surgery, I was in a lot of pain.  The gas pains were the worst.   All the gas pains were gone yesterday evening.  The only pain left is the large incision on the left side that the doc pulled my stomach out of.

It's the day before surgery...........I'm having major anxiety.  So worried about the things that could go wrong.  I knew this was inevitable, but that knowledge doesn't make it any easier.  

I pray for all of we newbies beginning this long journey.

Surgery is coming up fast.  My emotions are all over the place!  I find myself fluctuating between, anger, sadness, anxiety, nervousness, excitement, and worst of all fear.

I have been on a long journey already with my lap band.  I can't wait to get it out and start a new journey, but can't help but worry about success.  I hope and pray, I will be one of the lucky ones short and long term.
