So who els is looking at the BMI tracker like what da .... 31 lbs gone but BMI is still over 50... according to National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute and the CDC ...
BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So I did the math (basically put in my numbers..lol) and even at my goal weight of 170 I would still be considered Obese...when I put in 169 ... that is still considered overweight so according to their calculator I would have to be 140 lbs to be considered normal....hmmmm .... For now I am sticking to my goal weight and if I get down to their calculations then I will be good but I am going to stay focused on the tangibles for now ...clothes getting loose...ounces and lbs coming off...continuing to eat better and not getting sick... What are you guys doing this weekend? What Wins did you have this week? What are your goals for next week? I officially lost 5.6 lbs according to my scale so my goal for next week is to lose 3-5 lbs.... I wish you all to have a great weekend and remember to keep active!!!
