Its amazing!! Only 4 months today I was heading to the hospital to change my life.. Today I am 70lbs lighter and feeling great! My hubby actually felt my hip bones!!! Starting out at 447lbs was incredible. My body was giving out on me.. It quit on me. I couldnt walk up steps, hell, I couldnt walk! Walking would cause a burn in my lower back and make me out of breath.. Today, I can walk the mall with no adverse feelings.. Its great! My hubby actually told me to slow down the other day! I couldnt believe it.. It was a great feeling.. I must admit that my protein intake has been suffering and I must do better. I will though because I have already taken the first step in making the decision to change. Cant wimp out now..
