ONEDERLAND!

Back in Onederland on Nov. 8th 2014 (199). Just 11 days after my VSG Surgery on Oct. 28th. It feels so good to be back here. I was here once before but I never went past 171 pounds. This was a couple years before weight loss surgery came into my life. I am so happy and blessed to be in this situation and have all this love and support around me. As of right now I am 195 and only 24 pounds away from my lowest weight as an adult. Getting to that 171 years ago took almost two years, but that was coming from my highest weight of 245. It was such hard work, but that's was also with he assistance of a Phen Phen. It works, I swore by it, but I'm pretty sure because of long term use, it messed up my heart. I couldn't exercise anymore. That's when I gained most of my weight back. That's when a whole bunch of crazy life experiences started crumbling done on me. My relationship even started to deteriorate in front of my eyes. I had to do something if I did not want to get back to my highest weight. That's when I decided on VSG in May of 2014, and a long but sort 6 months later here I am sleeves, on the losers bench, and back in Onderland, and boy it feels soooooo good. Never again, and I have said that before, but this time I have grown in more ways than one, and this is a lifestyle I have committed to.
