"Dr. Villares and staff are very professional. I received a quick appointment and surgery date. He went over all the different options with me. He ended up performing a vertical sleeve gastrectomy on 2-8-07. He was excellent prior to surgery in the hospital. He was at my room right after recovery and helped me to take my first steps. My recovery has been painless. Without any complications what so ever. His attention to detail was amazing. He drew pictures, explained the surgery, post and pre op. I could not be happier. I was very sceptical about weight loss surgery. But, Dr. Villares assured me of the outcome to be positive. And was he ever right. I have lost 34 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks.
