I absolutely love these.  I am just now getting back on track and this would be a huge help!!  I had VSG in 2007. My HW was 369  in 2011 i was at my lowest weight of 129.  I am now back up to 225.  I really would appreciate this!! 

Wow. It's been quite some time since I've been on here.  I have not been in the gym for quite some time. I am now weighing 196..... I had gotten down super small and my lowest weight was 129.  Everyone was telling me how I had started looking like I was on crack and my face started to look horrible. I looked so old.  I loved being able to fit into extra small clothes but did not like the way my face looked.... I slowly put weight back on and started to like my face again, but I really do miss being that small.  This is sooooo hard. I am looking forward to getting back on track.

Once again, sorry i haven't been around much lately...  Just wanted to give a little update.
I am down to 142 lbs.  So that means I have lost 227 lbs. since the beginning of my journey.
Life is wonderful... I will pop in every once in  a while...I PROMISE!!

Well, I know it has been a while since I have posted anything.  Sorry for that,, but just been living life.
Just wanted to touch base and let everyone know that I am down to 151 lbs. and am trying not to lose anymore
weight.  I am completely happy where I am right now.
My life has changed so much.  I can't even begin to explain. 
At work right now, so I will write some more later...

Today I woke up and got on the scale.
I am down to 170 lbs.  I have lost a total of 199 lbs.
This surgery is amazing.
The weigh loss has slowed way down, but I don't care.  I
just continue to live my life to the fullest.

Today marks 1 year since I had my VSG.  What a year it has been.  I have gone from wearing size 32 tops and bottoms to wearing 14 bottoms and XL tops.  My bra size has gone from 50DDD to 40D.  (Dang...losing my girls)
I started this journey at a whopping 369 lbs. I did my pre-op diet for 2 weeks and the day of surgery I weighed 355. Today I weigh 184.  Yes, I have lost 185 lbs. My BMI was 72 and is now 35.9
I have been thru so many changes it is unreal.  I can do so many more physical activities.  I love to walk,excercise, jump on trampoline, and just get up and move.  I actually asked mom and dad for a nice bike for Christmas this year.....would have never done that before.
It is so very true about the mind needing more time to catch up with the body.  I still have a tendency to go straight to the larger sizes when shopping for clothes and then work my way down.  I officially no longer fit into the smallest size at The Avenue and Layne Bryant; which is where I have shopped since Jr. High School.  This is just truely amazing.
The one thing that I can not get used to is the flirting and sexy comments from men.
I was always the one that had (secret boyfriends) cause they were too embarassed to be with a big girl in public.  Years of them did a number on my self-esteem.  I have been told since very little that I am beautiful (the pretty face thing).  Now I don't know how to react when someone says I'm sexy.  I guess it will just be a learning experience along with the rest of MY NEW LIFE. Well, I could go on and on, but I so appreciate this board and all the words of encouragement.  You are all truly my second family.
I know some of you have asked me to post some more pictures.  I will be buying a computer for the house for Christmas, so I promise to get to that soon.

I am now down 180 lbs. since suregery.
I now weigh 189 lbs.  I can't believe this is actually still
working for me.....I started this journey wearing size 32 in tops and bottoms.
I am now wearing xl in tops and 14 in bottoms....woohoo!!!!!!

I know it's been a long time, but I have just been enjoying life.
I can now shop in regular stores for clothes.  I can now jump on the trampoline with my daughter.  These things just blow my mind.
I am down a total of 164 lbs. 
My weight at this point is 205.... CAN'T BELIEVE IT !!!!!

I have now lost 143 lbs.
I am now weighing 226 lbs.  insane !!!!!
I can't begin to tell you how good I feel and how I am just living life to the fullest each day.
