well here it is July of 2012, where did all that time go? I thought I would leave a little note for any "old timers who may come back looking for me as I have checked in from time to time to see what everyone else is up to. I am 6 years out of surgery and it is still the best thing I have ever done for myself! I stay within 5 pounds or so of my goal weight and the surgery has never given me ant prolem. I can eat anything I choose to eat. I have developed some numbness and pain in my left leg to to presure on a nerve which just might be the ticket I need to get rid of the extra skin issues. I lost 120 from start to finish and I am very happy with the whole process.
